Frenchman Olivier Abry started a workshop to assemble, create and restore vintage furniture and objects. He gave us a peak in his studio, packed with beautiful handmade lamps. Some of the materials are coming from the US and are assembled, recreated into new 'one off' vintage pieces in his workshop in Lyon. Be sure you'll visit his site and his inspirational image blog. 90 years old and still can't bust 'm! After the Buddy Lee shop window we did at Tenue de Nîmes I kind of fell in love with this little figure. The buddies we used there where the new ones, the third rebirth of this iconic puppet. His history goes back to 1920, when Chester Reynolds, a Lee Company Union All salesman, had been handing out bite-sized promotional overalls at country fairs when the idea of creating a doll to fit them sprung in mind. The iconic Ford GT40 - one of america’s most incredible racecars ever - was built because of a dispute between Henry Ford II and Mr Enzo Ferrari. The project's aim was to win long-distance-sports-car-races, which Ferrari has dominated so far.

Originally developed in England by Ford Advanced Vehicles Ltd., under the direction of Aston Martin’s former team manager John Wyer, the Ford GT run through several namings on the time of progress.
