BYREDO Lanes Collector’s Edition Candles

We love the latest by our favorite BYREDO. For the Holidays, the Swedish cosmetics house of Ben Gorham introduces: Lanes, a collector’s edition candle collection available in three BYREDO fragrances: Bibliothèque, Cotton Poplin and Fleur Fantôme. All candles are created in hand-blown glass with a clean striped aesthetic and produced in the BYREDO signature deep black wax, even though each fragrance has a specific wax formulation. In line with the high standard one expects from BYREDO, the candles are hand made in France using the mentioned high quality glass and all candles have cotton wicks. The three different fragrances are limited to 500, making it the perfect special gift for the Holidays.

Each of the candles have three layers with different ingredients which hybridize into one lovely scent for the room. The Bibliothèque consist of a top layer of peach and plum, a heart of violet and peony and the base layer made out of the deep scents of patchouli, leather and vanilla. The Cotton Poplin candles have a top of blue chamomile, a heart out of linen and white cedar wood and a base layer of sweet musk. And finally the Fleur Fantôm has a top of rhubarb and lemon petitgrain leaves, a very sweet mid layer of violet leaves and tulip extract and an intense base layer of galbanum, heliotrope and suede.

The impressive craft of creating the perfect mixture of scents into one candle fascinates profoundly and we love how BYREDO excels in it!
