Everyday Needs

Everyday Needs is an online store mixing pragmatism and aestheticism in a superb way. The utilization of the store needs no explanation, as it should be, and through tasteful curation and product placement in the store, a perfect environment for the products has been created. With this as the context Everyday Needs ensures that what a costumer gets is not only good-looking but also carefully manufactured and with a quality that will last the test of time, completing the hybrid. 

The online store is run by New Zealand-based stylist and interior designer Katie Lockhart. After years of employing a classic, minimal aesthetic in her work for publications and retailers around the globe, Lockhart decided to launch Everyday Needs as an online sourcebook for the lifestyle she’s been spreading in her work for others. Progressing ever since, the collection curated by Lockhart presents a variety of timeless and classic household goods, (fashion-) accessories, gardening tools and cosmetic products.

Lockhart also operates a showroom at 6A Kirk Street in Auckland which is open by appointment.
