Husbands

A few weeks back we received a message from Nicolas Gabard and Synneve Goode sharing their love for the perfect men’s wardrobe in the most beautiful possible way , translated into their own menswear brand from Paris: Husbands. A lovely new brand with a European touch: ‘The shirts are made in Italy, with the finest cotton fabrics from italian Tomas Mason with mother of pearl buttons from the pacific ocean, the scarves are knitted by hand in Sweden with Norwegian wool. The boots are handmade in Italy with french leather. The silk ties are knitted in Germany with the most precious part of the thread coming straight from the silk worm.’ English fabrics and Italian savour faire as they call it.
We love that. And we love their statement “Make quality a standard” even better. Let’s go for that! Meanwhile we can’t wait to visit them on our next trip to Paris.
